Our mission is to train and develop skillful leaders who exemplify humility, wisdom, and extraordinary service. Our mission is especially inclusive to professionals whose occupation requires them to lead with resiliency and endurance like military personnel, police offers, lawyers, and physicians.

Vision

MTSI's vision is to build strategic development programs for leaders to learn, develop, and teach others humble leadership. The vehicles for change are supportive work teams and proven leadership change. In this way, MTSI can grow these strategic development programs across metropolitan areas into international waters. A second component of the vision is discipling executives/entrepreneurs who lead with humility. These exemplary leaders are then able to train their peers and direct reports to adopt the humble leadership model.

Our Story

Motivated to Serve Industries grew out of workplace experiences that most people would hope to avoid. Pure chaos at work! Seeing poor, if not toxic leadership, helped our CEO & Founder, Dr. Lacey Farrow, understand how she could make a difference. Today,  that difference has become a reality and the firm is helping leaders and organizations worldwide develop masterful strategy and workplace resiliency.

Our Team

At MTSI, we are more than a bunch of experts. We're a family of like-minded people, using our passion and skills to make a difference. Not to mention, we deliver quality coaching and development plans for leaders and organizations. We have Certified Executive, Organizational Development, and Emotional Intelligence Coaches. In addition, MTSI has consultants who specialize in Corporate Growth Straegy and Leadership Development.

Our Values

Dr. Farrow is a trained Organizational Psychologist, Mental Health Clinician, and is Certified in Executive, Organizational Development, Creativity, and Emotional Intelligence Coaching. She is a published author and a community leader. Her training spans the fields of counseling, clinical psychology, and organizational psychology. Her specialities in consulting include a focus on business strategy, organizational development, leader maturity, humility, servant leadership, toxic/narcissistic leadership, and workplace resiliency/agility. Dr. Farrow's clinical specialities include dementia and other neurocognitive disorders, trauma-response, PTSD, agoraphobia, social anxiety, personality disorders, dissociative disorders, and substance use disorders.

She is trained to conduct both organizational and clinical batteries to assess clients on a variety of levels - individual, team, and organization-wide. Strategy is a core practice that Dr. Farrow uses to help organizations move past their current obstacles while learning how to develop new mindsets and skills to stay competitive and relevant in a technologically advanced society. Dr. Farrow is also a trusted advisor and is passionate about social responsibility from a corporate perspective. This means going beyond compliance and making lasting changes at all levels of the organization, from the top on down.

Her focus as a servant leader is on operational efficiency in addition to the development of people. Dr. Farrow is passionate about helping leaders develop their intrapersonal relationships so that they have the emotional and cognitive capital to invest in others around them. As a servant leader, Dr. Farrow does not believe that serving people negates the need to focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness. Keeping the doors of the business open is also a priority, otherwise, who can we employ without a thriving business? First things first. 

Being a servant leader, Dr. Farrow believes in giving back through developing and uplifting those around her. She leads by serving her community, her mentors, and her direct reports. She is not afraid to get in the trenches and do the labor required to succeed, in seasons of plenty and during seasons of uncertainty and ambiguity in the state world, industry, and local economy.
